Locally owned and operated, the family business Bohls Equipment Company (BECO), dba Bohls Bearing, serves commercial and industrial customers throughout Texas, providing specialized tools and equipment tailored to the needs of each customer.
BECO got its start in 1958. Louis F. Bohls (1921-2009), the founder and longtime owner, started the business in his back bedroom. From the beginning, BECO has excelled in quality, dependability, and customer service. Hard work and the attention to its customers’ needs have allowed the company to grow from its humble roots in the back of a small house to its current 30,000-square-foot warehouse and company headquarters in San Antonio, TX. Along with our San Antonio location, we have stores in Austin, Victoria, and Laredo.
